A new tropical storm has developed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is at this moment located about 100 miles southeast of Mexico's Baja California. Experts are expecting that Barbara will intensify over the next few days. The storm is traveling northwestward at a rate of 10 mph. It rem
